Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured and engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
- Create a supportive and positive classroom culture that promotes active learning
- Assess and record student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and consistently
- Prepare teaching materials and resources
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student performance and development
- Encourage student participation, critical thinking, and creativity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (or relevant certification)
- Valid teaching license or qualification
- Previous teaching experience is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Passion for education and student development
