Job Description

Tuser Motors is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our showroom and field sales force, you will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their automotive needs, and guiding them through the purchase process. Your goal is to build strong client relationships, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional service that reflects the Tuser Motors brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicle options
  • Present and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing plans clearly and confidently
  • Conduct test drives and follow up on customer inquiries and leads
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle inventory, features, and promotions
  • Prepare sales documentation, contracts, and ensure proper delivery procedures
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain contact with past customers to encourage referrals and repeat business
  • Represent Tuser Motors professionally at all times—in the showroom and at marketing events

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
